MY STUDIO

From my own garden. I grow Yellow squash and Zuchinni every year successfully in my hot Texas garden, and always have loved the deep yellow orange of the blossoms. I finally took time to photograph them so I could do a drawing of one. This is not a traditional scratchboard piece, but is a pitt pen drawing on white claybord with scratching/erasing used to get different colors. the background has NO black but browns, greens, purples. and blues in it.
